About the role:
This entry-level position is on the Video Submissions Team within TMBs Content Acquisition Department. The Department is responsible for finding, curating, and acquiring the best user-generated video content available on the internet. As a Coordinator, your role will involve handling administrative responsibilities pertaining to the verification of video ownership for submissions across our brand portfolio. Additionally, you will provide support to other video pipelines. To thrive in this position, it is crucial to possess meticulous attention to detail, a speedy task-completion capability, and a genuine passion for process-oriented assignments.

This role Reports to the Manager of Content Acquisitions.

About you:
We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Video Submission Coordinator, and we encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply, including those with experience outside of the media industry. The ideal candidate is someone that is resourceful, research oriented, and internet savvy. Someone who has an innate sense of curiosity and can successfully establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

The person must have attention to detail and be able to manage time efficiently, given the tasks assigned. Effective communication skills are a requisite.

Location:
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minnesota, London and Gurgaon. This position is based in Gurgaon.

Working Days & Hours: Rotational

Your Day-to-Day:
Review documentation related to the validation of video copyright ownership

Process legal documents; verify legal requirements are met

Meet regular deadlines in a newsroom-like environment

Document workflow according to department guidelines

Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager

Assist with team projects as directed by your manager and their designees

You Have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills

Ability and flexibility to work multiple shift timings

Self-motivation to achieve goals and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision

Possess an eye for detail and have an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to learn and adapt to recent technologies

Well versed with Outlook and Microsoft use
