§ Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for warehouse operations.

§ Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization in order to despatch the delivery of materials on time.

§ Follow up with Production in terms of completing the Despatch Plan.

§ Direct and review despatch plan and assign to support staffs.

§ Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions.

§ Monitor warehouse material usage.

§ Provide assistance in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency

§ Develop delivery schedules and coordination with drivers.

§ Maintain accurate records and files of material despatched.

§ Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.

§ Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.

§ Implement discipline and cleanliness in the bay areas.

§ Prepare necessary Delivery Advices & Invoices to despatch the materials.

§ Assist and train drivers in collecting the invoice copies and filing for accounts verification.
