IT & Technical Support Executive Roles & Responsibilities:

• IT & Technical Support Executive Is Responsible For IT-Related Tasks Such As Creating Access Details And Onboarding Tasks / Separation Process Of Team Members.
• Maintain And Enhance Integration Between The Website And Existing Business Systems.
• Work To Optimize Website Performance.
• This Position Assists Staff With Technical Support Of Desktop Computers, Applications, And Related Technology. The Position’s Responsibilities Require Independent Analyses, Communication And Problem-Solving.
• Aptitude To Troubleshoot, Diagnose, And Resolve Issues Related To Computer Hardware And Software
• Assist With Resolution Of Problems Related To System Or Application Issues, Including OS, MS Office, And Other Supported Applications. Work Closely With The Rest Of The Support Team Members To Resolve Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
• Good Experience In HTML, PHP Etc.
• Experience With WordPress & Woo Commerce Would Be Useful But Not An Imperative
• Should Be Interested In Working On Various ECommerce Platforms Such As Amazon, EBay, Etsy, Etc.

Qualifications

• Knowledge Of PC Installation
• Well Organized And Able To Prioritize, Multi-Task, And Work Independently.
• Enthusiasm To Learn Ecommerce
• Self-Motivated And Adaptable To Change.
