Job Description
- Making required configuration changes in Application. (Standard Workflow)
- Performing UAT testing if required.
- Performing Regular application review.
- Creating a Monitoring report.
- Resolving issues identified in Monitoring.
- Identifying product enhancement and raising tickets.
- Highlight CERSAI related concerns to CKYC and take follow-up for the same.
- Handling client meetings when asked by clients.
- Handling other requests and issues raised by clients.
- Collecting Monthly counts from institutions for billing and making records of the same.
