Job Description

Solving Exchange backend related incidents,

Documenting and analyzing system outages.

Handling, resolving error events and incoming requests.

Troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.

Updating knowledge database and kanban board entries.

Joinging regular calls Joining technical calls and strong collaboration with other technical and non-technical colleagues.

Undestanding powershell, experinced scripting knowledge.

Supporting Exchange related projects. Basic understanding of agile tools.
