1. In order to address the more refined offline operations of the Geographical areas of offline Markets in order to achieve Channel Penetration and sales increase, the realization of sales goals.

2. According to the sales plan combined with the channel, planning and organizing offline promotion to boost sales and optimize the Channel structure.

3. According to the monthly plan, plan and arrange the Sell Out through the offline channels with help of marketing / GTM team

4.Co-ordinate with management and support distribution channel in terms of prices / offers / marketing support / credits etc. with proper supporting documentation and clear communication

5. Closely work with cross function team i.e. SCM, Finance for smooth transactions Prepare and present monthly MIS Report for management review

1.To Increase the Channel and Outlets growing Month on Month in the assigned region

2. Ensure Regualr supply of TCL Products to the assigned region outlets and Monitor the price Sanity Ensure to maintain healthy relationship with partners / vendors etc and follow win-win business model

1. Ensure the Products are being displayed prominently in the counters with Branding

2. Ensure Sales Materials being regularly supplied and team is trained on the products

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree
• Work Experience: More than Seven years of work experience in Consumer Durable Industry, handled product like Led TV, Air Conditioner and Washing Machine.
• Knowledge: Good Knowledge about the Market in assigned Region
• Skill Familiar: With the products and channel partners in the region
• Other Result: Oriented with strong written and verbal communication skill
• Need to Travel in Respective Zone as per the requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,600,000.00 per year
