TTEC Hiring for Developer, System Software at Hyderabad, India Full Time

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and modify programs to maintain and/or enhance current business operations using current Change Procedures. This position is responsible for documenting all changes made to code and for effectively articulating the changes and maintaining a technical repository. Also responsible for providing feedback on documentation standards for the department.

• Responsible for completing projects and estimates and/or resolving issues within stated SLA. Needs to be able to resolve problems in a timely manner, document the resolution, and escalate when appropriate.

• Participate in the discovery, planning and implementation of projects and/or issues. Meet with business partners to understand client needs and make recommendations for technical solutions. All written and verbal communication needs to be conducted in a timely and professional manner.

• On-Call Support: On a rotating basis and provides after-hours, weekend and holiday support for all relevant applications.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

 BA/BS in computer related field, or equivalent experience or computer certifications

 2-5 years of technical experience in product development and support.

 Basic programming language training and skills in one or more of the following areas:

o ASP.Net, C#, AJAX, SOAP, plus XML, SQL, HTML5, React.js/Angular.js, Node.js, HTML/JavaScript, JQuery, IIS, CSS, and Web Services

o Good UI/UX skills

o Understanding of code management and DevOps principles

 Basic to Mid English verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

 Understanding of use of web services/RestAPIs and one or more standard software development practices in one or more computing environments desired.

 Technical skills for unit software testing.

 Basic communication and presentation skills.

 Innovative individual who would seek to improve all activities undertaken.
