Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT to lead the enhancement and support of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record in process design and organizational management.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
· Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS HRMS system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
· Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
· Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the EBS HRMS system and related processes.
· Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and modules within the Oracle EBS HRMS system.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management and HRMS support.
· Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.
· Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of the HRMS system.
What You Bring to the Role
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems.
· Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll and Benefits.
· Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
· Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision[1]making.
· Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
· Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable.
