Responsibilities:-

Generating New Templates, and processing template agreements, based on requirements (MOU, Royalty, Manufacturing etc.,)
Updating the IPR data of the Company from time to time. Follow up with the external counsel on the pending applications
Preparing Legal Notices, replying to Notices, and monitoring the cases, to attend court hearings.
Continuous Legal research, relevant to the matters involved.
Assisting in conducting Raids on spurious products PAN India.
Clearing MRP panels, to ensure compliance under LM Act & Rules
Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary, including processing Registration of Documents.
Coordinating and Briefing/discussion with the lawyers for legal cases.
Assisting various functions to update, review, and report non-compliance to Sr. DGM – Legal.
Compliance audits.
Conducting sensitization Programs.
Follow up with Advocates for updating of legal cases
Follow up with the concerned officer to attend the court
Attend the meetings /conferences as and when required /directed by superiors
Vetting, negotiating, and finalizing various kinds of agreements, including Buy ©People Business, 2019 Confidential Strictly for Internal Circulation only & Sell, Lease, etc.,

Requirements and Skills:-

A) Travel requirement as per need.

B) Working of Knowledge contract management Tool is preferred.

C) Good Communication (Verbal & Written)

D) Looking for stable candidates only.

E) Candidates from Bengaluru will be preferred.

F) Special Requirement –Contract management, MIS, Litigation handling.
