TUMMOC Hiring for Customer Support Executive at India Full Time

We are Tummoc Leading the smart commute revolution of India, Tummoc (India’s first Multi-modal Connectivity Platform), intends to build the public transport accessible to every doorstep by making every mode of commute available in your city to travel from A to B.

Commute spelt backwards is “Tummoc” (minus the “e”). That is what we intend to do: Reverse the trend of decreasing public transport usage in urban India!

Responsibilities

 Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

 Manage incoming phone calls to answer and guide customer’s queries.

 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

 Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

 Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the

staff.

 Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

 Overseeing the customer service process.

Role

1. A bachelor’s degree

2. Should be able to speak Kannada, English and Hindi

3. A minimum of 1 years’ experience.

4. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills

5. Knowledge of CRM systems.

6. Basic Computer skills.
