TurboHire is looking for a Growth Associate that can help take TurboHire to the world
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the face of TurboHire, connecting with HR professionals around the globe and introducing them to TurboHire
In doing so, you will be required to generate potential leads willing to demo TurboHire and set up calls for the Account Management team.
Flood their calendars with demos and invites (Genuine Demos)
Connect with prospects on the call and qualify the requirement
Let’s aim and shoot here
Consistently working out different outbound efforts to increase the sales and growth efforts
Be Creative, Be Bold, be Turbocharged all the time!
Eligibility
The only thing that qualifies you is your passion and willingness to adapt, learn and implement new ideas to achieve results.
But if you still ask, 1 to 2 years of experience in any sales or marketing-related profile will help.
We are open to look at candidates with any degree or educational background
Good written and communication skills is a must. Your success in this role depends on it. (Let’s stick to English here)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other Outbound tools is a great plus.
Again, you won’t have to reinvent the wheel here, but we are ready to teach you.
The role will require you to work in the US time zones (IST 7:30 pm to 3:30 am)
