Turito Hiring for Relationship Manager / Student Account Manager at Hyderābād Full Time

Job Description:

• Managing the customer base of 300 parents / Students
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Need to coordinate with the subject teacher and student to see the classes are going as per the schedule.
• Need to coordinate with all stakeholders, when required for the rescheduling of classes for students.
• Need to take the feedback from Parents, Students and teacher for the smooth functioning of the classes, using this feedback need to suggest if any process to be changed.
• Maintain the good relations with the student & parent and need to ensure renewals, upsell and cross sell the other products of Turito., will be owing up the targets for the same.
• Responsible for churn control.
• Need to maintain a tracker of the ongoing classes and upcoming classes along with the communication made through the phone, chat and email & other channels.
• Need to strictly adhere with the Turito process in responding to the client issues.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our teachers/concern department for the issue resolution.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear goals and delegate tasks and set TAT.
• Monitoring team performance. Enable development opportunities for team through participation in various initiatives.
• Prepare development plans for team members and track their implementation.
• Listen to the team members feedback and resolve the conflicts if any.
• Suggest and implement the team building activities.
• Should have customer-centric approach.
• Work with team on customer feedbacks and getting the customer queries resolved on timely basis.
• Conducting the quality audits of the existing process and report the process gaps to your immediate manager.

Requirements

• Experience as a Relationship Manager in EdTech or similar role of 3-4 years
• Experience using CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases.

Education Qualification:

· Graduate in any discipline with good communication and written skills.

Timings: Need to work as per USA rotational shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
