Experience – 1 to 2 yearsEducation – Any Hotel Management (Graduation/Diploma)Other Benefits – Meal + Accommodation + Uniform AllowanceRole & Responsibilities -Ensures outstanding customer care at all times.Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts restaurant reservations.Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, information and guest concerns in a timely mannerTrains and directs the work flow and processes of the front desk.Resolves issues/problems and coaches and counsels the restaurants team members (Housekeeping, service staff, and administration) to ensure a quality operation.Resolves customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.Managing budgets, records, and contracts.Inventory management, checking all the materials availabilityBasic knowledge of compliance & food related government normsSkills – Communication skillsCustomer service skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skillsLeadership skillsTime ManagementTeam HandlingVendor ManagementSelf-MotivatingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:We are taking care and following all the necessary & instructed norms for COVID – 19.Speak with the employer+91 7015997682
