Contract Administrator – Remote Description

Our client in the environmental consulting industry is looking for a well-organized Contract Administrator to add to their team. This fully remote role requires the candidate to be located within the Pacific or Mountain Time zones. In this position, you will manage the life cycle of project contracts and be responsible for close-outs, extensions, renewals, term reviews, and troubleshooting issues. Our client is looking for a deadline-focused Contract Administrator who is extremely detail-oriented and can maintain a high level of accuracy with all contract records and documentation. Contract Administrator – Remote Responsibilities

• Monitor existing contracts and process close-outs, extensions, and renewals as needed
• Support 10 active projects with 5-6 contracts in various stages with different time frames
• Act as a liaison for contract related issues and proactively work towards a resolution
• Attend proposal kick-off meetings
• Confirm project insurance needs and request certificates
• Review terms for new contracts
• Process new contracts in the company’s ERP system after approval
• Update and maintain project database
• Communicate with Legal regarding copyright, trademark, and patent registrations
• Review costing outlined in each proposal for accuracy and completeness
• Review Terms & Conditions and other contract language for proposals prior to bid

Contract Administrator – Remote Qualifications

• 7+ years of contract administration experience required
• Basic knowledge and experience with an ERP system is required
• Basic Excel fundamentals required
