About the job
This position is needed to manage a growing team of Credit & Collections Analysts We are recruiting for an additional, experienced Credit & Collections Manager to support Twilio’s growth in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can shift between the details and the “Big Picture”. Our teams have a desire to maintain and enhance our unique culture.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage a team of 3-5 Analysts
Achieve monthly Cash Targets and strive to deliver on monthly KPI’s whilst ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Manage the Credit Check process to ensure timely turnaround.
Cultivate a strong team of collaboration and quick responses to our customers
Develop a team which can be strong and self supporting
Identify & own processes and maintain the playbook of all processes for Credit & Collections
Begin each bullet with an action-oriented verb: (generate, identify, perform, cultivate, etc.)

Required:
7 -10 Years experience of Credit & Collections. +5 years at Manager level
Third level Qualification in Accounting, Finance or a Business related discipline
Experienced Process Innovator and Driver
Proven Analytical Skills
Desire to stove for continuous improvement
Specify education, previous job experience, certifications, Specify education, previous job experience, certifications, technical skills and soft skills required.
Desired:
Project Management qualification or experience
Macro/Advanced Excel
Location
This role will be based in our Bangalore,India office. This role will be office based with flexibility for remote working at Manager’s discretion Approximately no travel is anticipated.
