About the job
This position is needed to HR Partner.
Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking an HR Partner to support delivery of People priorities for our Research and Development HRBP team. You will be an integral part of a growing HRBP team, reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP (R&D) and partnering closely with regional and functional HRBPs and with COEs across the People team.
Requirements
Twilio is looking for an HR Partner who lives the Twilio Magic (https://www.twilio.com/company/values) and has a demonstrated track record of providing advice and assistance with HR queries in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and global mobility. They also have:
3+ years experience in an HR role partnering with corporate employees and managers
You are a decisive problem solver with a “get it done” attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgement with sensitive and confidential issues
Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
Demonstrates employee focus and managing proactive communication to ensure optimum HR support
Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow
Keen to continue learning and developing their skill set, having a growth mindset
