Roles & Responsibilities:
Greeting, welcoming clients & visitors and ensuring their comfort on their arrival to office.
Sort incoming/outgoing mail & handling EPBX for answering or transferring clients or customer calls with patience and in a friendly demeanor.
Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
Manage travel & stay Bookings (Cabs, Trains, Hotels and Flight Bookings)
Send/Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Handle basic customer enquiries
Perform basic bookkeeping activities
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs

Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment (Eg scanner, printer)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Graduation in any discipline
