Duties
Incumbent is one of six Duty Control Officers (DCO) who report directly to the Senior Security Investigator. The basic function of the position is to provide round the clock security and administrative coverage in all aspects during and after official working hours, maintain contact with utility, fire and police departments, and perform numerous administrative duties related to RSO operations. Support the local guard force during working/non-working hours and events. Monitor news and social media round the clock and to report incidents and events in a timely manner.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Must have two years of work experience as guard receptionist or clerk where activities such as passing messages, accurately keeping a logbook and other tasks are performed in English. (Please describe your previous and current job responsibilities in detail.)
Key Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School Certificate (Grade X) is required.
Must have two years of work experience as guard receptionist or clerk.
English, Hindi and Marathi language are required. (See Language section)

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge (speaking, reading and writing) in English is required. Good working knowledge (speaking) of Hindi, and limited knowledge (Speaking) of Marathi is required. This may be tested. (Please specify in your application your level of proficiency in each language listed here.)

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
