Your role
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to drive UBS’s accelerating digital transformation? Do you want to play a key role in driving change?

We are looking for a passionate Automation Solution Developer to join our Automation team. You will have the opportunity to be part of a global team and develop some of our industry leading solutions within Wealth Management Americas. Ideally, you have some previous experience working as a developer, and are an accomplished generalist willing to work across different domains.

We are looking for someone to:

• Build trust and strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders to provide technology solutions to real business problems
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Plan and implement digital transformation initiatives across Operations functions using emerging technologies
• Push forward the capabilities and performance of the team to strengthen and expand the service offerings of the automation community

Your team
You will be part of our dynamic and agile automation team. You will work alongside a young global team supporting Wealth Management groups across the Americas and report to the Automation Enablement CoE Lead
Your expertise

• Ready and prepared to face new challenges daily and embraces change and new ideas
• Eager to learn quickly and solve complex problems
• Highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and hands-on approach
• Detail orientated with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
• Hands-on work experience in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Automation, Data Management, Robotics Process Automation, or Natural Language Processing
• Developer experience in one or more of the following: Azure, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, DataRobot, Dataiku, Python, C#, C++, or Java (in a MS Windows based enterprise software environment)
• SDLC literate with experience in continuous integration, code-review and automated tests
• Experience working in an agile project management environment
• Polished written and verbal communication skills able to operate in a global organization, integrate into a fast-moving environment and network with stakeholders across the bank
• Able to explain technology to non-technical audiences
• Curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team
