Your role
Are you a Senior IT Architect with broad technical skills and experience in the whole development lifecycle? Do you enjoy working with global teams and collaborating with multiple business stakeholder? Are you analytically strong and highly motivated? We’re looking for someone like you to help us :

• driving the technical requirements and the detailed architecture for strategic projects and business requirements for on-premise and on the cloud
• drive and refine portfolio Cloud adoption strategy
• ensuring alignment with CTO strategies and compliance with architecture guidelines, security requirements, and design & development standards
• identifying & articulating benefits and drawbacks of different technologies, patterns and approaches
• producing industry standard architectural artifacts, visualizations and documentation
• evaluation and adoption of latest industry trends

Your team
This role will be part of AM Technology Team and will primarily focus on supporting and development for UBS Asset Management.
Your expertise

• around 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of software development, 4+ years of Architecture and 2+ years of experience in finance domain, preferably in Asset Management
• experience in defining solution architecture with different viewpoints and non-functional requirements
• experience with migrating on-premise applications to Microsoft Azure
• knowledgeable in Cloud services including Databases (Azure SQL, PostrgreSQL), Caching, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancers, Networking etc.
• knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service and Serverless architecture advantageous
• hands on experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, TypeScript, Java etc.
• experience in working with SOAP web services, REST API and RPC
• understands the design, architecture principles and best practices in Cloud along with Cloud health monitoring, capacity metering and billing
• provide expertise for Azure infrastructure and technical input to the design and implementation of solutions.

• ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within project working group ensuring continual and effective communication
• should be able to jell with cross functional team ( across geography)
