Your role
You will be part of a dynamic team that is working on migrating the risk organisation to state-of-the-art cloud based technologies, unlocking potentials for the bank through adoption of new and latest analytical capabilities.

We are looking for individuals to:

• design and architect the future landscape of the market risk calculators and analysis tools
• prototype new technologies and drive adoption based on user feedback, including development/deployment of advanced analytical and reporting toolkits
• conduct requirements gathering activities across all stakeholders including market risk officers, methodology experts and front office users
• understand and optimise business processes front-to-back across the market risk organisation

Your team
We are part of the Group Risk Control Change Management organization and work as agents of change for our Risk Control colleagues.

We are primarily responsible for driving detailed business requirements and analysis relating to data sourcing, model calculations, outputs, methodology and end-to-end controls which drive fundamental IT systems and process changes.

This is a senior role focused on migrating the market risk technology stack to the cloud, and along the journey, enable users unlock key benefits of cloud technologies through adoption of latest reporting and analytical tools.
Your expertise

• candidate should have hands on experience with market risk processes and infrastructure design
• broad understanding of cloud technologies and tools
• data analysis, ability to code in Python and SQL.
• ability to set direction for the IT teams to deliver expected benefits to the firm
• familiar with Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB) regulations
