About the role

Comprehensive review of the received processed booking notes from Freight department related to Air import/Export and supporting attachments, then entering the details as per the processed notes in the system.

Responsibilities

· Reviewing and reading the received processed booking notes comprehensively.

· Evaluate/Acknowledge the given instructions/details and supporting attachments relating to Air Import/Export processed notes religiously.

· Enter the details in the DA as per the received processed bookings notes.

Location and commitments

· Permanent full time role based at our India office Monday – Sunday (Weekend off alternatively, 5.5 days working in a week)

· Weekend work is compulsory but based on roaster either Saturday/Sunday.

Candidate requirements

· Excellent typing speed, minimum between 30-35 WPM.

· Proven minimum 1 year Data Entry experience.

· Ability to review/read the processed booking notes, particulars provided and supporting attachments/instructions.

· Knowledge of Computer, PDF Reader, MS Word/Excel.

· Excellent Written, listening and Verbal skills (Added Advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
