Job Responsibilities -:
1. Be prospecting, developing, and closing new Udemy for Business platform customers across India for the government sector
2. Develop and execute on account plans to deliver on revenue goals
3. Create and deliver sales forecasts, updates and share best practices with the rest of Sales
In the first month, you will assimilate learning from various sources on your territory, role, company, product, best practices and get to know the team. You will work with your manager to prepare a personal plan for success in the year.
In the next few months, you will focus on mapping all strategic accounts assigned to you, developing an Account Engagement Plan for the top 10 accounts, building a pipeline for the next 2 quarters, achieving your first quarterly goal, make progress towards making UFB the e-learning provider of choice in your territory by the end of year Ideally farming any low hanging fruit from surplus budgets in govt Jan – March
Required Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 12 to 16 years proven track record of closing experience with on-target
2. B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent within government either directly or through Channel partners this person needs to establish themselves
3. A motivated, over-achieving “hunter and closer” mindset.
4. Someone who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Udemy cultural fit Ideally from a multinational – where they are likely to have been exposed to the requirements around anti-bribery training and practices etc.
