We are urgently hiring a smart, dedicated & experienced mobilizer for our Skill Development projects for Nashik location

Job Responsibilities:
You shall assist in the overall planning, organizing, and execution of the project

You shall be mobilizing needy candidates in the targeted area and enrolling them in our courses

You shall Mobilize, supervise and support all the project staff for smooth implementation of the project as well as assist in providing data for preparing monthly, and quarterly reports as per funding partners

You shall initiate and boost mobilization activities for respective blocks and create awareness and enroll the mobilized candidates for the proposed courses

You shall conduct village level meetings, workshops, etc and shall have started to end training coordination with internal team & allotted head

You shall find placement officers & build good relations with them

You shall be tracking day-to-day activities & reporting the same to alloted head

Experience/Requirements:
Any Graduate/MSW/MBA (rural management) candidates with a minimum 1 year experience in on-ground mobilization & project co-ordination

1-3 years experience in Social Work, Rural Development, Tribal Development, Community Mobilization

Comfortable in visiting rural & tribal villages of Nashik (Peth, Surgana, Trimbak) and execute mobilization

Note: Candidates from Peth, Surgana, Trimbak residents would be preferred

Skills:
Written & oral communication skills

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English

Sound computer knowledge & skills, including use of the internet
