Looking for a smart service provider cum Customer Support Executive for my firm who would work with our clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need Job Responsibilities:

• You shall present professionally & communicate well and politely with all customers
• You shall handle inbound & outbound calls for customer service
• You shall identify, assess & address customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships &trustwith our customers
• You shall handle customer complaints,provide solutions & alternatives within time limit, take feedbacks & provide further for improvements
• Collect prompt & accurate feedback from customers,collect google feedback forms,generate positive reviews from our participant & invite them as testimonials
• Research & analysis on current trends in market & define new courses/programs,prepare course structure, curriculum,assist in syllabus development
• You shall Stay up-to-date with latest industry & digital trends,conduct market research,find mentors,improve existing course offering & syllabus & course material etc

Experience/Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum 6 months sales & customer support experience
• Candidate should know google drive,zoom,excel,word,etc
• Candidate must have research mindset
