About the Role:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional visual design skills, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience and be proficient in designing for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging, functional designs while maintaining brand consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components
• Ensure pixel-perfect visual designs with a strong emphasis on typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs
• Work on motion graphics and micro-interactions (After Effects, prototyping tools)
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-4 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory, iconography)
• Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile app designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Prototyping, and Design Systems
• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
