Person will work as Employee relations SPOC & would partner with Business manager of the respective State / cluster for all:-

• Employee engagement interventions to enhance productivity and employee retention
• Employee communications both bottom up and top down
• Employee Grievances handling through defined escalation matrix
• Training need identification and coordination to make them readily available for business & to minimize attrition
• Talent management and retention

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

• Lead Engagement & Liaison with Business to understand their manpower requirement, priorities resourcing accordingly
• Ensure Trained manpower is available to Business and is productive within 3 weeks of joining to the respective location
• One to one interaction with individual staff for their queries /Managing Low Performers (PIP); doing MIS like high cost CRO; CRO handling borrowers to the defined threshold level.
• Responsible for executing engagement interventions to enhance Trust Index

Customer

• Educate Branch staff about all policies & processes adhered & amended by Ujjivan from time to time
• Act as a catalyst between branch employees & HR to make Ujjivan best place to work
• Conflict management –Address issues in the field in full co-ordination with the line managers – Establishing Rapport with the branch Staff & provide early feedback on any issues of dissatisfaction especially in the area of local supervision & management.
• Career Advancement Plan – Motivating employees on the opportunities across the region, handholding and ensuring the implementation of orientation plans at the branches, post training.
• Managing End to end employee life cycle and give handholding to employees.
• State / Cluster Level owner of execution of the employee engagement activities and measure the outcomes (activities includes regional festival, employee anniversary gifts, family connect plan, sports tournament & Organizing Health & Medical checkup Camps for employees)

Internal process

• Plan CRO Representative meetings every Quarter with 100% attendance
• Regular Coordination with RLT on Issues & for resolutions
• Follow the CRS rep meeting guidelines properly
• Min 7 branch visits in a month. All branches to be visited in one quarter. Acting as an independent advisor for employees in tough situations
• Maintain a track of one to one interaction with branch staff& solution & counsel their issues
• Ensure to have transparent and amicable inter-departmental coordination with Distribution, Credit, Operations, Vigilance, IT, Product, Admin and highlight the concerns with corrective Measures in RLT

Learning & Performance

• Ensure that all members of the Branch staff are up to date on all relevant circulars and Benefits offered to them
• Equip employees to deliver their roles; BLT within 30 days; CRM training within 45 days
• Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for branch staff
• Coordinate with Distribution / Concern teams on people related matters; support branch activities to foster teamwork and continuously make Ujjivan a great place to work
• Ensure coordination between staff of different teams, to build a collaborative spirit and shared sense of purpose
• Manage IDP for branch staff to keep them up on basic requirements
