• Responsible for implementation of Vigilance framework in the cluster.
• Responsible to conduct investigations as per the assigned TAT and publish reports with recommendations as per SOP, without hampering the business.
• Responsible to close all the fraud cases with most logical conclusion, this may be taking a legal recourse.
• Responsible for preparing all the MIS and trackers for the cluster and updating the same to seniors.
• Represent Vigilance in different cross-functional meetings for cluster.
• Responsible for coordination with Insurance companies and fulfilling the documentation requirements.
• Ensure strong and healthy cross functional relations.
• Responsible to conduct crime assessment, survey, forensic investigation on frauds, assesse physical security checks
• Liaison with stake holders at cluster level; represent organisation at state administration bodies and local Industry bodies.
• Assist in identifying retired police officials for assigned branches.Conduct filed verification of RCU allocated cases, and conduct RCAs
