Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Gurgaon. The incumbent will play a key role in providing HR support to UKIBC with respect to the listed roles and responsibilities. The incumbent will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Role & Responsibilities – The core job responsibilities would include:
Recruitment and Selection: –
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process pertaining to Higher Education Sector
Wil be responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, set up interviews with the panel and ensure onboarding of the candidate.
HR Operations: –
-Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR databases management and complete documentation maintenance.
-Work along with Insurance service partner to submit GMC addition & deletion on monthly basis.–Manage retiral benefits support from compliance perspective, manage PF ECR Challan activity.
Exit Management & F&F Closure: –
-Manage the documentation process for exiting employees, including preparing exit checklists, exit interview form, F&F clearances closure on employee’s LWD.
-Liaison with Fin. Team and Admin to close the F&F inputs and drive it to closure with the finance team till F&F payouts.
-Share the relieving letter with employees in a timely manner post F&F closure.
Joining Formalities: –
-Manage the documentation process for new hires by sharing joining kits, closure of employment contracts etc.
HRIS Management & payroll support: –
-Oversee and manage leave management platform, ensure to provide end to end support from leave management process perspective.
-Work along with third party agency to ensure payroll related credentials are created and support employees in relation to any basic payroll related query.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in management from a well-recognised institution.
Essential Skills & Experience Requirements
-Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Experience of working in diverse environments and handling a wide range of HR tasks and responsibilities.
-Overall, 5-6 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities such as recruitment, Human resources operations, HRIS management.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
