- Plantation & maintenance of plants and flowers.
- Having experience in horticulture, hedge plant, shrubs, ornamental plants, nursery gardening & maintenance, working in plant nursery and garden area
- Recommending the gardeners and helpers, the best practices for soil conservation and plant growth.
- Preparing manual and training material for gardeners regarding drip irrigation
- Good technical knowledge in Crop and nutrients, Field Preparation by farm machinery, water management etc
- Give agronomic guidance about water requirements, irrigation scheduling and other crop-related practices.
- Managing a team of 18 gardeners and helpers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
