Ultracures Technologies Pvt Ltd Hiring for Accounts Executive at India Full Time

• Perform day to day accounting transactions activities (Bank, AP, GL etc) by meeting closing deadlines
• Play an active role in the month, quarter and year-end close
• Book supplier invoices & payroll entries using the accurate cost centers
• Travel expenses verification, processing, accounting for and payment management
• Perform accounts payable and general ledger reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal control system
• Handling Statutory Audit including preparation and filing of statutory accounts
• Ensure Tax compliance for the local entities (Business Tax, Corp Income Tax, Withholding Tax, GST, TP etc.)
• Completion of quarterly tax reconciliation and annual tax pack
• Prepare and file direct tax returns for resident and non resident entities
• Prepare and review quarter and year-end tax provisions
• Contact person for accounting & tax audit linked to India subsidiary
• Drive and support continuous improvement by supporting management initiatives and developing & documenting new processes.
• Assist “Finance Transformation Team” to set up & improve ERP (Netsuite) requirement for local requirement
• Actively participate and support of the improving accounting process into the ERP (Netsuite)
• Ad hoc financial project like (Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishment, ERP improvement, automatization)
• Ecommerce management
