• Plan , Organise and co-ordinate various Land acquisition related activities through one to one negotiation / Collective bargaining with villagers / farmers within the preview of new land acquisition, rehabilitation & resettlement Bill, 2013, Surface Right Process, ROU and other suitable means.
• Liaisioning with the Govt., Registering Authorities, Revenue dept. & Mining dept. in connection with the land related matters and settle down the issues within the law laid down in RBC, MPLR Act-1959 & New MMDR Act-2015.
• Build-up the public relation with the nearby villagers / farmers, political leaders, NGO , Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among and maintain the core values of the company.
• Settle down the public grievances in connection with land & related issues by counselling & collective bargaining.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Dhar Cement Works is integrated cement plant equipped with modern technology with an installed capacity of 3.2 MTPA (7200 TPD), cement production capacity of 3.5 MTPA with WHRS for power generation (15 MW) and open cast mines. It manufacturers OPC 43, OPC 53 & PPC grade of cement.

Land Acquisition for Lime stone excavation & Plant expansion are the major role in the organisation. It is part of sustainability oriented work which help in life expansion of the Plant.

Purchasing of the land as per approved mining excavation plan within sanction ML.

 Title Search from revenue records.

 Status of physical possession.

KRA4 4. Demarcation & possession of land. – Ensuring demarcation and possession of land purchased directly / awarded through govt. order.

• Proper communication to concern halka patwari & Revenue Inspector.
• Proper information to internal resources prior to possession of the land.
• Facilitate relocation and rehabilitation through mutual consent. (If required)

KRA5 5. Smooth shifting of road and blasting activities in the mining area. – Ensure smooth shift the approach roads from inside ML area to outside boundary as required.

• Ensure for smooth Blasting within the ML area adjacent to village agriculture fields.
• Ensure for smooth operational activity without villager’s obstacles.
