• Qualification – Relevant degree in Safety like ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) .

Job Description:

· Plan, Organize & Coordinate with Departmental Heads, Section Heads & monitor effective

implementation of Safety Standards, RCN/BCN recommendations, Board Recommendations at

field level.

· Monitor and drive Safety KPIs formulated at Business Level, Cluster Level and Unit Level. Identify

the gap against the targets and facilitate the action planning to bridge the gap.

· Monitor statutory compliance as the government rules & regulations in the context of Safety.

· Support to build & sustain Safety culture at unit level by educating the blue color workforce,

engaging the workforce to imbibe safety in day to day working.

· Ensure timely reporting of any incidence, its investigation and closure with implementation of

action planning.

· Ensure the functioning of Safety Governance at unit level through sub-committees and standard

champion groups.

· To drive safety intervenes driven from Business Level/ Cluster Level & Unit Level such as Safety

audits, WTI and SBO, CCI etc. to build the cluster of ZERO HARM.
