We seek a compassionate and efficient Academic Counselor to join our team at Unacademy.

You will be responsible for guiding students of IIT-JEE, and NEET. This role involves supporting students through the admissions process, financial aid inquiries, scholarships, and other post-secondary education concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement destination-based office business plans.

● Utilize forecasting methodologies to deliver accurate, timely pipeline forecasts.

● Foster a strong sales and service culture within the organization.

● Counsel students for IIT-JEE | NEET programs by Unacademy Offline Centre.

● Monitor performance, report regularly, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

● Design and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

● Familiarity with IIT-JEE and NEET programs.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

● 1-2 years of counseling experience, preferably in the education sector.

● Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.

● Experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress.

● Proven track record of achieving results.

● Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
