Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities in various Indian cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing promoters, organizing events, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve performance targets, especially in the test prep segment such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, UPSC, etc.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels such as online campaigns, offline events, partnerships, etc.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Regularly monitor and evaluate lead generation efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
Promoter Handling:
Recruit, train, and manage promoters effectively to represent the brand and drive lead generation activities.
Provide guidance and support to promoters to ensure they meet daily lead generation targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to promoters for continuous improvement.
Event Planning:
Plan and execute events to drive foot traffic and generate leads, with a focus on the test prep segment (JEE, NEET, CLAT, UPSC, etc.).
Coordinate logistics, venue selection, promotional materials, and other event-related activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand performance targets and align marketing strategies accordingly.
Provide sales team with necessary marketing support, materials, and insights to facilitate lead conversion.
Regularly communicate with the sales team to gather feedback and optimize marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills.
