UniAcco Looking For Company Secretary (CS) at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist the manager/senior manager in providing company secretarial matters/FEMA rules and regulations/legal documentation and matters for private companies incorporated in India or outside India
- Handle full set of company secretarial documents and activities
- Prepare resolutions, notices (board meeting and general meeting), and correspondence requirements of the company for review by the manager
- Maintain statutory records for the companies
- Update and maintain records/information
- Follow instructions from the manager and other superiors
- Handle legal matters related to onboarding vendors and subcontractors for the company at the PAN India level.
- Other tasks/compliances under the companies Act/FEMA or assigned by the Management on a time-to-time basis.
