Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar

Job Description:
· Will be responsible for coordinating with Statutory or other Auditors or Internal Audit of the company
· Will prepare monthly MIS statements by collecting and analysing data and comparing the data with budgets.
· Must be extremely well versed with GST matters
· Will be responsible for finalisation of annual accounts.
· Will oversee the Accounting function, which includes documentation & overseeing book-keeping, accounting & financial matters
· Responsible for salary processing and Income tax calculation / TDS of employees.
· Will ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Income Tax Returns, Advance Tax, TDS, GST, etc. (GST Filling & Returns, TDS Filling & Return, Payroll Work, PF) assembling data for such compliances and advising management on required actions.
. Will be responsible for invoicing, receivable management and payable management Monitoring cash flow to meet organization’s long-term and short-term requirements
· Journal Accounting (Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note, Contra Entries)
· Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation
· Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks

Expertise required/ Minimum Qualifications
CA qualified candidates will be preferred (Not Mandatory)
At least 7+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
High level of proficiency using Tally
