UniOps serves over 190 locations and through a network of specialized service lines and partners delivers insights and innovations, user experiences and end-to-end seamless delivery making Unilever Purpose Led and Future Fit.The Role SummaryThis incumbent will be responsible for managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure successful change adoption and implementation.
Key Responsibilities Areas
o Work closely with Change Lead to develop and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagemento Work with Management & key stakeholders to integrate people activities involved in the change management activities into project planso Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholderso Drive & develop communication plans/materials to cascade throughout the organzation that support change initiativeso Lead & develop training programs/materials that enable employees to adopt and use new processes, systems, and technologyo Identify, monitor, and manage people risks associated with change initiativeso Develop and implement measurement tools to evaluate the success of change initiativeso Organize & drive engagement/feedback sessions to check in with people on the groundo Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to ensure they are equipped to support their teams through changeo Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change managementKey Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field; • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in human resources with experience in chan
