The Role Summary

This incumbent will be responsible for managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure successful change adoption and implementation.

Key Responsibilities Areas

• Work closely with Change Lead to develop and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement
• Work with Management & key stakeholders to integrate people activities involved in the change management activities into project plans
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
• Drive & develop communication plans/materials to cascade throughout the organzation that support change initiatives
• Lead & develop training programs/materials that enable employees to adopt and use new processes, systems, and technology
• Identify, monitor, and manage people risks associated with change initiatives
• Develop and implement measurement tools to evaluate the success of change initiatives
• Organize & drive engagement/feedback sessions to check in with people on the ground
• Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to ensure they are equipped to support their teams through change
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field;
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in human resources with experience in chan
