Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support Home care users on LIMS Product. To add, LIMS system is accepted by HC at a global level and teams have started using it for experimental data capture across functions.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Support: Support R&D HC users to understand various capabilities under LIMS (Unilever) for Formulation, Stability, Processing and Packaging with the technical aspects.
• Demonstration of LIMS functionalities for creating requests, batches for Lab, pilot trails and MPT/ 3P as well as for Material and Inventory management modules required at a site level.
• Content Creation:
• Collate requirements for the templates in LIMS, define technical scope.
• Build, test and validate LIMS templates.
• Training and transformation.
• Create HC Specific training materials for LIMS for different capabilities along with HC SMEs. Arrange and lead training sessions as needed.

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM subject (Science / Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the field of data handling, data processing.
• Must know LIMS as a system and should have reasonable work experience in this area.

Skills

• Innovative.
• Managing stakeholders. Should be able to translate non -tech requirements to technical
• Power BI working knowledge is plus.
