Job Scope:
1- Customs clearance performance.

2- Submitting the required documents, pre-approvals and registrations before shipment arrivals to avoid D&D.

3- Deliver the goods to the related warehouse.

4- Responsibility on SFDA registrations process, SFDA registrations process, SASO process, customs exemptions process and governments related visits.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervising import shipments costs, payments, deliveries and items registration in the system BUL&BUD.

Supervising on department Governmental issues BUL&BUD.

Supervising RPM deliveries to BUL and the warehouse.

Supervising and Handling RM exemption with related government department.

Aligning with warehouses team for the capacity for the import BUL.

Supervising the clearance process BUL&BUD.

Prepare and obtain the required approvals from governments for clearance and before shipments arrival BUL&BUD.

Supervising on tank shipments BUL.

Visiting government related BUL&BUD.

Controlling 3rd Party performance BUL&BUD.

New Material follow up with planning team BUL.

Improving performance for clearance LT BUL&BUD.

Leading Department and Transformation Projects BUL&BUD.

Empty containers follow up.

SFDA requirements knowledge (registration and Free Sales Certificates ).

Key Competencies & Skills:
Arabic and English Language.

Strong knowledge about Excel, PowerPoint Power BI.

Strong Communication skills.

Strong knowledge about clearance process.
