We are hiring Manager New Product Development for one of the reputed manufacturing company based at Greater Noida.

Position – Manager New Product Development or similar role

Qualification – B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Preferred Industry – Experience in Sheet Metal, Automotive, Automobile or Aviation industries

Experience – Minimum 3 Yrs in NPD roles

Salary – 45 to 50k/Month (Additional Benefit – Statutory benefits, Medical Insurance,2 Saturday off etc.)

· Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products are designed, developed, and launched on time, within budget, and market research.

· Managing requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design, prototype development, testing, production support, failure mode design analysis, field quality & field failure improvement, vendor management and quality management

· Expertise in handling product development, validation & measurement procedures, vendor identifications & development, implementing techniques, Root cause analysis & manpower deployment

· Planning, scheduling & conducting detailed phases of assigned project work as per APQP & PPAP and adhering standards and Coordination with associated stakeholders.

· Participating in process design and control documentation in DFM/DFMEA/DFA/APQP ,developing new modified prototype with changes in Solid Works, Pro-e, Creo, Catia& AutoCAD, release with component drawings for NPD

· Providing design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications; performing calculations using engineering tools, Simulation Software’s like Ansys, Stadd pro, NX10.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
