What success looks like in this role:
Administration of Storage environments running on Dell EMC or NetApp or any other equivalent enterprise Storage solutions.
knowledge On SAN and NAS along with SAN Fabrics like Brocade or Cisco will be added advantage.
Troubleshoot deep technical issues in Storage environments running on the Mentioned Tools & Technologies. Drive them to Resolution.
Handle Technical Escalations from Level 1 teams.
Generate and analyze the various Storage Reports.
Propose and Implement Storage Improvement Initiatives to enhance Storage Performance.
Handle the responsibilities of being a Technical Interface for Specific Clients. Provide on Call support as required.
Conduct Periodic Performance Analysis and fine tune the Overall Storage infrastructure.
Perform Period Health check of the Storage Environment. Report on the findings, propose plans and implement them to bridge gaps.
Execute and follow Incident management, Change Management and Problem management in line with current ITIL Standards.
Communicate project status, client updates etc.
Provide weekly and Monthly status reports on projects.
Track Capacity issues and Propose Appropriate Measures proactively.
Work with other cross-functional teams to provide seamless Service Delivery.
Communicate issues and solutions that may impact the team.
Act as liaison between peer support teams, customers and vendors.
Demonstrate a high degree of creativity in performing tasks by identifying, proposing and implementing streamlining activities to reshape processes.
Basic understanding on Replication and DR concepts will be an added advantage.
Participate in DR exercises.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Skills Required

4 Years of overall Experience in IT Infrastructure management.
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with managing Any Enterprise Storage .
Knowledge in using Service Management Tool like Remedy, Service Now etc.
Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills
Should have worked in a Remote Support Environment
Ability to clearly articulate situations / issues to cross-functional teams and clients.
May be required to work in rotational shifts (24×7 shifts applicable) and provide on call support if required
Any Relevant Certification would be an Advantage.
Should have working experience and knowledge in SAN and NAS
