Position- Process Trainer – Call 9156222017

· Conduct and periodically review contents of the initial training

· Ensure the session plan is followed and all topics are covered on a timely basis

· Ensure regular assessments are conducted with trainees as per process requirement

· Develop and conduct continuing training courses for existing employees to help prepare them for cross department roles

· Using trending data from Quality Assurance reports create one-on-one or group trainings to resolve training discrepancies

· Evaluate client’s training requirements and establish training goals/completion milestones

· Facilitate and conduct role-playing, test, certification, and remediation for new and existing employees

· Assist Human Resources and Operations in participating in the selection process of potential new hires

· Provide assistance in developing cross-departmental training materials and SOPs, as required

· Manage and evaluate the results/effectiveness of training

· 1 year of experience as a trainer on papers

Permanent Role.- Full Time

Work From Office/Home- WFO

Experience Criterion: Overall 3 years and minimum 1.5 year of experience as a trainer (On papers)

Preferred Candidates : With training experience

Graduate/undergrad- Graduation mandatory

Notice Period – Immediate to 30 days NP

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
