UNITED DIMENSIONS OF TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED Hiring for Technical Coordinator at Mysore Full Time

Roles and responsibilities:

• Prepare Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report, Weekly expense Report, Change in Management, etc.

• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of project solutions. Collect data about project sites Design or coordinate design of solutions, including system components, specifications and other project requirements.

• Interacting with R&D team following up with the design team to develop design, details, and specifications.

• Create electrical SLDs, structural diagrams and other technical drawings using Auto Cad and other softwares including layouts schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM. Prepare Quotations, schedules, and billing. Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve project requirements.

• Drawing/Document submission/ approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard.

• To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report.

• Review and approve petty cash requests from the Site Engineer/Foreman in collaboration with the Accounts Manager

• Keep track of the man-hours spent on the project as against the estimated time during the initiation of the project till commissioning.

• Maintain and update the soft and hard copies of the project files

• Coordinate with design, procurement, Logistics and external agencies, vendors and contractors.
