Job Description

• Ready for constant travelling with Director sir
• Daily maintaining CMD sir schedules and give him timely reminders
• Preference should be given to excellent knowledge of computer proficiency (MS office, Excel, power point, other ERP software) and handy on using IT gadgets and sound knowledge of IT
• Work in the corporate framework of the company as directed by the CMD sir.
• Support CMD sir and top management in preparation of documents required for key decision making.
• Drafting and vetting of various types of correspondences / Agreements and contractors as required by the management.
• Drafting Emails, letters on behalf of CMD sir and maintaining the records for the same.
• Summarizes documents, read tenders and bunch of documents and highlight documents and make brief of key points report and submit to CMD sir.
• Maintain timeline for all letters from drafting to sending to outer departments and give timely update to CMD sir.
• Read all the Legal documents, Agreements and make brief note with key points and present to CMD sir.
• Making presentation and giving presentations to clients on behalf of company management
• Arranging all IT gadgets of CMD sir and ensure due confidentiality of all, also timely ensure all gadgets warranty and bill payments
• Undertake mailing and correspondence as required by the management and maintain all data in software and registry (Answering, reading, Drafting, and Assisting to Management).
• Assisting CMD sir in preparation of presentation and other corporate documents for various meetings.
• Attaining meetings with CMD Sir and Prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Comprehensive administration duties in support of CMD Sir and other senior management team.
• Outer communication with clients, various departments on phones when required and follow up with other employees.
• Check Language and grammatical errors on Company’s upcoming Brochures, Website, Presentation videos and add corrections if required
• SOP Development of all departments when required.
• Any other task / duties assigned by the management from time to time.
