Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to understand HLD& LLD documents

• Be able to translate the business requirements/functional design to job design

• Be able to design, develop solutions for inbound and outbound file functionalities using PL/SQL/Oracle/PERL

• Be able to work on EDI transactions 837 and 835

• Be able to design, develop UI solutions for using C#.NET/ Java/ Angular JS

• Be able to lead a team of 5-10 developers

• Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems

• Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards

• Participate in Test Case reviews, and Production Support for incidents

• Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation

• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor

• Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc.

• Develop and maintain standards, common processes and best practices as per Industry standards 

• Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors

• Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

• 6+ years of experience in FACETS applications – Claims processing Applications or 6+ years of experience in FACETS applications – Finance/billing processing Applications

• 2+ years of Project Lead/Technical Lead / Solution Architect / System Analyst background OR 6+ years of relevant development background with inclination of taking Technical Lead role

• Experience on Agile Methodologies

• Experience in Agile scrum model

• Good end to end claim lifecycle understanding

• Good understanding about the structure and significance of key /HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.

• Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool

• Good understanding around Claims pricing, errors, edits, adjustments & payments

• Good understanding of Medicaid / Medicare line of business

• Good understanding of Health plan set up

• Familiar with Subversion tools

• Skilled with MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint

• Good in adapting & adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions
