Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists, NLP engineers, and healthcare experts to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and address annotation-related challenges

• Understanding of data privacy and security: Adhere to strict data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure the protection of patient information during the annotation process

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS, MBBS + MD/ MS, BDS, MDS, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, D. Pharm, Ph.D, RN, NP, PA

• Medical knowledge

• Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office package

• Solid adaptability and flexible skills. Willing to adapt to changing project requirements, including the annotation of different types of clinical data (e.g., electronic health records, medical notes, radiology reports)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical Experience of 3-5 years and/ or experience review of clinical text data

• Life Sciences/ Pharma Consulting experience
