Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures

• Perform data validation and analysis using basic /Adv levels SQL scripting

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Document and report test results, defects, and quality metrics

• Proficiency in Python, from basic to advanced levels

• Design, develop, write, and debug automated test scripts utilizing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Pytest

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality engineering

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year university degree

• 2+ years of experience with SQL, python and data-report testing 

• Data plus domain knowledge with 1+ years of experience in US Health care domain, data analysis and clinical

• Skills: SQL Server platforms, Cloud – Azure Databricks, Snowflake

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Knowledge of cloud applications like snowflake, power BI will be handy

• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proven very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

• Proven professional, service oriented, proactive, and flexible

• Proven solid problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment

• Proven ability to take responsibility and deliver projects
