Primary Responsibilities:

• Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process, participate in process definition and for testing (User Acceptance)

• Assess the process landscape, sorting processes by feasibility and potential for automation

• Estimate benefits for automation

• Ensure that associated Robotics configuration methodologies and standards are followed

• Develop, test and deploy processes

• Provide immediate post-project support for the configured robots

• Confirm robot readiness and ensure that new or changed robots satisfy readiness criteria for live deployment

• Plan, direct and coordinate validation activities to ensure successful deployment of robots into production without impacting existing operations

• Driving process improvements and innovation

• Prevent / anticipate problems and focus on continuous improvement of manual and automated processes

• Participate effectively within an onsite / offshore model

• Monitor project delivery success metric and work with teams to take corrective actions

• Team adherence to Key Performance (KPIs) Indicators

• Successfully lead and manage a diverse group of professionals and personalities on large complex engagements by fostering a collaborative team culture

• Build and manage strong collaborative working relationships with business partners

• Monitor and measures effectiveness of projects and strategies and provide recommendations to adjust as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 10 – 15 years of IT security work experience

• 4 – 5 years of management experience in leading teams

• Experienced in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions

• Experience in MS Power Automate

• Strong knowledge of business context and processes

• Knowledge of basic coding and programming
